I can't get any where with clipbook in Xp except to get clipbook viewer to
show up by
typing clipbrd on the dos command line.
 
No need for DOS. No need for a command prompt.

ClipBook Viewer - [Clipboard]

Start | Run | Type: clipbrd | OK
