Clipbrd won't start

Hi,

One of our users is having issues with cut and paste so I decided to get
them to run clipboard viewer to diagnose the problem.

I started the clipbook service and the dependant services but clipbrd gives
an error message stating that the services haven't been started. They are set
on automatic and the system has been rebooted.

Service start failure is most often related to a bad hardware driver.
