XP Pro...can't make a system restore

When I try to make a system restore point, I get the
message that the dynamic link library can't locate the
WINSTA.dll. I am unable to install software because it
tells me that I have some dll files missing. How can I
completly redo my computer where it is back to its
original state before it was used? My computer didn't
come with any recovery disks.

Try reinstalling or installing SP1 and see if that will solve the problem.
