XP PRO and PDF CREATOR

Hi all !
i don't know if some of you know PDF CREATOR.
It's a program that convert any document printable into a pdf files
My problem is that with xp ,i can no longer use this program
I made evry secrutiy modifications on the folders use by this program.
I give every right possible for the users (except administrator rights) but
i still can't convert my documents into pdf !!

it's really pissed me off >_<

Is any of you has ever seen this kind of probleme with this applications ?
