XP PRO 2002 does not read or write on my CDRW drive

Have my system set up to dual boot the original Corporate
and the new 2002 version of XP PRO.

Original detects, reads, and writes to my Plextor CD-RW.

2002 version appear to detect but will NOT read or write.

Anyone have a solution. Have all the latest BIOS,
Firmware levels etc.

There is no such thing as a 2002 ver of Windows XP Pro
unless you mean Office XP (2002). There is only ONE ver
of XP Pro around (SP1 updates it).

Windows XP can r/w CDR discs fine, but to r/w CDRW discs
you need third party software such as Nero or EasyCD.
