XP PC cant print to printer on W98 PC

My XP laptop is trying to use a printer connected to a W98 PC. I can use a W2000 laptop to do the same. All are on the same home network, all can use the internet so the network must be working. HELP !!
 
Just because all can access the internet doesn't mean the 'network' is working properly.

Can you access the Win 98 PC?

If so, browse and locate the Printer and choose to install it on the XP system.

If not, check your network setup again.
