XP Oddity?

I've been migrated my XP Workstations from a NT4 Domain to a New 2003 Server
Active Directory domain.
The Quirk is some workstations (all the same model Dell Precision 360) that
have the Dell install OS are now slow
with the right click (Example to right click and then select new) Other
machines that have had the OS
reinstalled before or are different models are not having this problem. Any

Good Information. I ended up fising this by using the XP Power Toys TweakUI
by reducing the number of items in the template . After using tweakui it
solved the issue.
