XP not able to see router

I have a DLINK DI-604 router. Windows XP Pro is unable to
see the router.

So, are you saying that XP Pro doesn't get an IP address? Have you disabled
any firewall (including the XP one) on your system? Is this one PC or
several that don't see the router? How about a better description of the
problem and your setup, it might help. ;-)

Hi, Check your Win XP Firewall , when i have them Enabled
i loose my router In the Network Window. When I disable I
can see my router 3 or 5 minutes later.. Hope this works
 
Thanks for the help. I discovered I had a service
disabled. After I enabled it the router could be seen.
