Xp Login Language

For some obscure reason, when I log onto my computer
which runs Windows XP Pro the language defaults to French
instead of English (AZERTY keyboard instead of QWERTY).
Changing the Regional and Language options does not seem
to help.

Can somebody help?
 
Not sure if this will help, but did you check the language under internet
options?
