Xp locked

laptop had a breakdown and was requesting a repair which
the administrator did and it was locked. Administrator
tried to cracked the original passwords and it did not
worked. This was done five times and still no results.

Pc is unusable,data unaccessible. Tt asks for DOS pin and
processes it and then and you are provided with the novel
login windows which tell you to login and when you do, it
tells you wrong pin each time. what can be done as
reintalling Xp will make me to lose lots of precious work.
