xp lan browsing problem

I try to view sharing resources on my xp computer from network, but on the
remot desktop I receive a massage "password incorrect or unknown user". In
the frame on remote site I write user and password which I've configured on
my local pc. No improvement even when i log as administrator. Only when I
log to the system as locally on remote pc I can browse resources on local
computer. Where is the option which i can change to browse my comp ? Thanks
