XP killed DVD Playback

Please help,
Display Adapter - NVIDIA TNT2 Model 64
DVD: LG DVD RAM GSA-4163B

Lost the ability to payback DVDs after I installed XP
Error code: 890100F

Can anyone help ?

Reinstall your DVD decoding software.... PowerDVD, WinDVD, whichever came
with your PC.
