I use XP professionnal and I receive this message :
Intrusion from IP address 127.0.0.1 what this mean, did
somebody try to access my PC

when you are not connect on net 127.0.0.1 is your IP adress. Scan your
computer with some antivirus software, and check that you don't have some
SPY-Ware software instaled.

that IP is the 'Loopback', i.e. every machine has this as its own. What
program reported that message?
