XP internal error 2711.fullmdac

Trying to install eBay Turbo Lister on new e-machine, and keep gettin
the subject line error. Installed an update suggested by eBay support
but still no luck. Anyone have an idea. Thanks from rainy Oregon.

What is the program youre installing and why do you need it,its not anythin
xp needs to run.However for mdac,data access components,go to msdn at microsof
.com and update to most current version,7.5 i believe it is.
