XP installion error message--need help asap!

I have a similar problem. I installed the XP Business
software onto my daughter's computer. Seemingly everything
went fine. The next day when she booted up the following
message came up:
STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated
unexpectedly with a status of (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.

Now the computer is completely locked. I need help soon
b/c my daughter is in college taking an online course and
is quickly getting behind! Thanks!
