XP Installer Folder

We all know how lean and mean WindowsXP is, so how do I
REMOVE the 78MB of msi files from the installer folder
without crapping up the system?

It seems there are totally useless files left on the
system after any install and folders (XEROX\) that are
there just to be there..

You can delete those 'totally useless' files if you like - so long as you know that you will not want those 'totally useless' files in the future. Do you know what those 'totally useless' .msi installation files are used for?
