xp installed by a beginner needing help

I recently installed xp pro and LOVE IT.

my keyboard is a british one tho and is 'typing' as if it were american. in
win98 I could have fixed this but I can't with XP can anyone help?
 
Hi

Go to Control Panel>Regional and Language Options. Make sure that all menus
and submenus are set to the same option - English (United Kingdom)
