xp installation error

Could you please tell me what this error message means
that I got when doing a clean install of xp from windows
Me operating system ? [Sub-componet raised an exception
while processing the oc-complete-installation setup
message

[line 565] Error code=0x80040206 an unexpected internal
error detected The com+event classes could not be
registered.] Could this be the reason that my help and
support and system restore does not work? By doing a
CLEAN install of xp with my new xp cd,why would I get ANY
error messages. Please some answers, or suggestions.
Thanks. P.S keep in mind that help and support and system
restore are in automatic and started in the adminstrative
tools/services as stated in my previous post!

Hey there, I'm also getting this same error message, then
when Windows starts and loads, I get a system shutdown
message, it keeps wanting to do this, I'm having a hard
time finding help on this error code as well, some help
please

That's because the damn Blast worm. Turn system restore off, and then apply
this fix:

And install the security update to avoid a re infection
