XP/IE problem

For some reason when I go to windowsupdate.microsoft.com
I get "Your current secucity settings prohibit running
ActiveX controls on this page" This happens on any
ActiveX pages.

I am running XP SP1 and IE 6.0.2xxx
I have Lowered all securty settings in IE
Enabled all ActiveX controls/scripts
Complete net stop crysptsvc
and renaming and restating.

I ran sfc /purgecache and sfc /scannow

I serach for ui*.dll and deleted per Knowledgebase
and still get the same error

When I try to download an update manually like IE6SP1 or
DirectX9.0 it tells me that the software has not passd
Windows Logo testing.

Please Help
 
Actually in most cases, this is the only one needed: regsvr32 wintrust.dll
