Found it at last!! Guess this un-install method should
work for some of the other updates as well.
"System administrators can use the Spunist.exe utility to
remove this security patch. The Spuninst.exe utility is
located in the %Windir%\$NTUninstallKB823980$\Spuninst
folder."
