XP Home - Using PWS or IIS

My new lap top has a XP Home edition installed from factory. I cant believe
that this new system don't have any support for web server, no native IIS or
a PWS. May I pay an upgrade for Mr Gattes to get this feature that a had on
an old windows-98 or exist a solution to this problem ?

As Cari noted IIS or PWS are not part of the XP Home OS... Look at Apache as an alternative...

Well, if you have Windows XP Professional CD. Put that CD in and go to
Perform Aditional Tasks. Then you will see IIS. That way you can run your WIN
XP HOME as your webserver after installing IIS.
