Is there any way to use a file created in Publisher (.pub)
with XP Home? If not, can it be used with XP
Professional?

on XP Home or Pro.

Conversions Plus, from Dataviz ... might find it for around $49.

Publisher won't always open other Publisher files.
Publisher 2000 can't open files created with Publisher
2002/XP.

If you are a student/teacher you can get Publisher for about
$80. There are no free converters or readers. Publisher
can save files in HTML and several other formats that can be
read by other programs. But to be able to open and edit a
Publisher file you'll need to buy Publisher.

Will an upgrade installation of Publisher XP correctly upgrade
Publisher 2000 (part of O2K Premium) AND (most importantly) peacefully
co-exist with the remaining O2K programs?

Not at all interested in upgrading Word, Excel, Access, Photodraw2,
etc., but, would like to have latest version of Publisher if it won't
mess-up anthing else in O2K.
