XP Home to Pro upgrade asking for SP2 install CD

I am trying to upgrade a PC to XP Pro from XP Home. The PC is a Compaq
Presario which had XP Home pre-loaded. I have upgraded three other
Presario PCs to XP Pro from Home in the past 24 hours, but this one is
asking for the XP Professional Service Pack 2 CD, and I can't get past
that. I even downloaded SP2 and burned it to a CD, but it was
completely ignored.

Any suggestions??? I tried calling Microsoft, but the wait was over 30
minutes to talk to a tech. I'm not exactly a newbie when it comes to
installing and supporting Windows, but this is crazy!

No, you don't want a CD of SP2, you want an installation CD of Windows XP
that also has SP2 incorporated within it. You can create one by
slipstreaming. See http://forum.aumha.org/viewtopic.php?t=7262 and
