XP Home - slow start-up!!!

I think I have "over-tweaked" my PC using Tweak UI and
TweakXP-Pro v2.0

The start up is much slower and the screen "executing
wlnotify.dll" stays on for 30 seconds 'ish.

When it has finished starting up it is o.k/excellent

Any ideas please - Colin Stevens
