I have a user that uses an called "host on demand" (IBM product) and it
wants him to install Java VM. But everytime he tries to install it, it
hangs up and won't install. He has left it running once for 10 hours and
still won't intall completely. He has also tried downloading ver 1.3 from
Sun and gets the same thing. Does anyone know of anything we can try to get
this running.

try using MS Java

Is this file different than the one on Sun's site?

Also, there are two files on there, should I use the one with the higher
build number?

Yes, this is different from Sun's. If you dont have MS Java install at all
you need to download 3809 then get 3810
