xp home install

[Pugs]

please help trying to install windows xp home on a new
computer (clean install),
getting so far then it tells me "file setupdd.sys could
not be loaded error code 7"
press any key to exit. please help!
Have tried F7 to no avail, any ideas anyone?

This issue may occur if your computer's BIOS has issues when ACPI is enabled.
