Most likely it is memory problem

Try less memory modules or different memory.

If still problem disable in bios MEMORY TURBO or SYSTEM PERFORMANCE.

If still problem disable in bios MEMORY TURBO or SYSTEM PERFORMANCE.

You could try raising your DDR voltage to 2.75 or 2.8volts. Lots of people
have found this to be necessary when installing XP.
