xp home guest account has no network

My xp home guest account can not connected to network. when I click on
network connection in contron panel, there is nothing there. I can connected
to network if I log in as a administrator. any idea?

youre guest account may not have sufficient privaleges to connect to your
network
or try installing youre network setup when logged on as guest
