This a fairly new problem, windows XP Home freezes and I
cannot soft boot as the keyboard and mouse freeze too, I
have to hit reset. It seems to happen while I am in IE
more often but it can freeze anytime. HELP!

Check Event Viewer logs for error message that might apply and post
back. These could be HD write errors, memory errors, anything
repetetive in red, and not necessarily at the time of the freeze. If
you have added RAM, suspect the addition. Remove and reseat RAM. Check
component boards for proper insertion. Check that fans are running.
Check Device Manager for any warnings in yellow or red and post what
these refer to.

The exact content of any BSOD errors or other application errors would
be helpful.
