I'm sorry, but could you possibly be a bit more vague?

What does the error message say? What action(s)/event(s)
immediately proceeded the first appearance of the error message? What
are your PC's hardware specifications?

problem or don't send". Either way I have lost all that I
have
been
working on, as I am disconnected from the websites I am
working on
and
sent to the desktop.

A- Support Record 78-7303513125 I have also been in
contact with
Hugh at HP Site Code (79) Customer Care Quality Group at
1-877-917-4380 (79) His response to the problem with unit
A was
Prompt and Professional. His response to the overall
problem is that
it must be a problem with our DSL lines.

A --On DSL at Office (MCI) and at home (SBC)--Same Error
Message.
B --Two Locations in Office. We have a network and (3)
lines not on
the network. All (MCI)-- Did not install any programs,
only my
Bookmarks from home Compaq 7470--Same Error.
C --Home DSL (SBC) Same Error.

I am about at wits end, am, I doing somethine wrong with
the setup,
my
wife thinks so, my Compaq 7470 has never had the same
error.?

In closing, I had felt there must be a problem with the
office DSL
(MCI), but there are 5 other desktops (DELL) No problems
with them.

Units A and B problems at the office, DSL (MCI).-------No
problems
with (5) (DELLS)
Units A and C problems at home DSL (SBC).-----------No
problem with
Compaq 7470 ???

We really don't need to know about your history of purchasing PC's. <G>

Let's focus on the error message. Go to Start / Run and type eventvwr.msc
and press OK. In the Event Viewer, click on Applications in the left window
and look for any "X" error messages. Double click the error message to see
the details.

At the top, right of the details screen, there is a small icon that looks
like 2 text pages. Click this icon to copy the error contents to the
clipboard and paste it in a reply to this message.
