XP Home Edition - No Firewall option ! HELP!!!

It would appear that my WMI (whatever that is)might be
corrupted and therefore I do not have the XP frewall
option anymore. I have just reinstalled the OS to SP1
that it has not fixed the problem.

How do I get the XP HE Firewall back?

enable the firewall?
