Windows Firewall

Hello Fello Windows Users..

I have a huge problem using my Windows Firewall.
It has been selected to be Off and now the Options have now faded and cant
select On to turn the Firewall back on.

Any Help will be Greatly Wealthy...

Windows XP Home Edition..

yes i did but recently deleted it

I have no idea what OneCare is. I turn Windows firewall on or of in Network
Connections; right click on the appropriate connection; select properties.
You'll find the firewall on the Advanced tab.
