XP Home Edition Network Issue's?

I have a client that is running on XP home edition and has a three PC network
setup.
They feel that the network is running incredably slow, and was wondering if
XP home edition is causing it.
 
no it wont slow your net, if your network is workig then there should be
suggnificant slowdowns
