XP Home Edition - Exporer 6

I am havehing problems with my exporer.I can not view
pages I View all the time in the same way as before.Alot
of things are missing on the pages on the net I look at
such as the backgrounds and some of the information they
have.
I have checked for Viruses and nothing
I have put all my settings into Default.
I have Live Updated.
I have done so many things and it whont change ANYTHING.
Is there any way I could fix this problem?
Please help.
 
Have you tried clearing your IE cache? Tools, Internet Options, delete
files....
