since i performed a systemrestore windows update doesn't function. My log
informs me that: wuauclt (744) database-engine has started,
sus20clientdatastore has started a new session and then the database-engine
has stopped (0) a new session. Is there anybody out there who understands
this?

It might be best if you posted this to the experts in the Windows Update

I just done this problem and there are alot of people with this problem so
pass it on! _Do a system recovery on your computer and make sure that you
don't have anything plugged into your computer. ONLY THE MOUSE THE KEYBOARD
AND THE MOUSE! NOTHING ELSE! That WILL fix the problem,I just done it and it
worked like a charm!!! Don't forget to save your stuff on a disk if you don't
want to loose it! I got this fix from one of the tech at hp corp. offices! I
really threw a fit and they stepped to the plate , so enjoy!:)
