xp home - connectivity with novell network

I want to connect XP Home comes with my notebook to my
office LAN runs on Novell Netware 3.12 network.

Tried to add through add/remove programs but
XP Home does not show the provision of "client for novell
netware networks".

Pl Help. V.Urgent.
