XP Home Bkup Limit

I found the bkup utility on my XP Home CD and installed it. However when I
use it, it gets hung up on a 4GB limit and won't create a Bkup file (or
whatever I name). I want to copy over all my files to an external HDD. I
have some rather large video files in the 4-5 gig range. Is that the problem?
Does the bkup program have advanced options to over come this limit? All I
want is a copy of all my documents, home videos, and music files on an
external drive. Thoughts ....solutions?

Not sure, but is your destination drive formatted FAT32? It sure sounds
like it - if so, then you need to format it NTFS, as FAT32 has a maximum
single file limit of 4GB, where the practical limit for NTFS is 16TB,
although in theory it could be up to 16EB.

Small Note: If you want to learn how to fix/do something, I'll point you to
it, but if you want me to do your work for you, it will cost you $50 USD per
hour - your choice.
