We would need to know the point in tht installation that it is frozen at
(timer mark) as well as if you have tried just rebooting and continuing
setup?
I can boot from the CD fine and it loads all the system files and drivers, as soon as it is done it says that "Setup is starting Windows" and it just sits there. Its been an hour already. What seems to be the problem. Please help. Thanks
Clear the RAM
Turn off computer
Unplug the power cord
Open side access panel
De-Static yourself
Remove the RAM card
Reboot the computer without RAM card
Turn off computer
Reinstall RAM card
Reinstall OS
