I am trying to install software for an older camera and I am getting a
message that I need to reinstall the VGA.DRV. How and where do I get this
driver?

This usually means the VGA.drv is outdated. You may be able to cure this by
updating the drivers for your video card. You need to go to the card
manufacturer's website and check for the latest drivers for your card. Make
note of the installation instructions because sometimes this means first
removing the current drivers for the card. You may find a listing for the
card in Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. You should also check for
updated software and drivers for the camera at the camera manufacturer's
website.

As others have mentioned, this is a Vista Newsgroup. If the above doesn't
help, try taking this question to one of the XP Hardware Newsgroups. Go to
the following Link:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/default.mspx, click Windows
XP in the list on the page and look for Windows Video or some hardware
related group in the column in the list on the left for more help with this
issue.
