I have Windows XP

Sometimes items in Help & Support read as if they were written for another OS

For example the directions to start the computer in Save Mode sa
2 Click Start, Click Shut Down ..

When I click start I can either log off or turn off the computer.

Hi

To get into Safe Mode, you need to click on Start>Turn Computer off... and
