XP Freezes.

Hi there! Suddenly XP Freezes for no reason. My machine could be running
programs or just idle when it freezes. All I can do is switch it off at the
mains then switch on again. No new programs have been installed and I've
scanned for spyware, adaware and viruses. I've restored to an earlier time
but this has not solved the issue.

Any Ideas Please?

Windows XP SP2 Home Edition Version 2002.
2GB Ram
Pentium 4 CPU 3.40GHz.
