XP freeze during setup

Computer config
Compaq Deskpro Ep6300 upgraded to Intel Celeron 1.4GHz
(FSB66 fixed to 66MHz) real speed is 933MHz
Setup freeze during start. We wonder this is the problem
with XP.
Please let us have th patch to correct this error.
