XP "Found new hardware"

How do I get Xp to stop telling me It's found new
hardware when the hardware is loaded? I have a Lexmark
printer that is loaded and functional but every time I
start up XP wants to load software for it, any
suggestions???

Also make sure you have the latest drivers for the printer.
