First off, I do not know why you want to download that.
Secondly - use NTFS instead of FAT32.

Who is creating this zip file? This MSDN article -
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;301325 - says that
XP will think zip files over 4GB in size appear as corrupted zip files.
Currently, there doesn't appear to be a work around other than using zip
files less then 4GB in size.
