XP Fan Failed

My computer shut down and wil not start unless you press F2 if you do not
prees it thecomputer will shut down with a mesage saying (Error CPU fan
failed Have System serviced) can anyone help

Basically you need to do what it is saying. If you are comfortable opening
up your PC case, determining which fan has failed, purchasing a new one, and
replacing it, do so. It's not terribly difficult. If you are not
comfortable, take the PC to a local reputable computer repair shop and have
them do it.

It's a hardware problem. Take/send it in for repair. It's not an XP OS
issue.
