Using a Toshiba Satellite Pro 4300 with a Xircom Network
Adapter. Once the network cable is removed and plugged
back in, XP generates an error and reboots the system.
Updated all XP Updates, Newest Bios Settings, can't find
any conflicts online, NEED HELP PLEASE.

Any feedback appreciated.

Check the NIC properties and turn off power saving mode if it is
enabled. BTW, why do you hot-plug the network adapter?

.
It's basicaly for a user who's notebook functions great,
but the slightess problem and i get a remedy ticket on
this. It's an XP bluescreeb error, then the Laptop shuts
off immediately. It's not the adapter, just the RJ-45 when
disconnected. Gets the user quite fustrated, i heard of
similar problem with 98, but no fix for XP.
