Since DOS doesn't exist, what you're asking for is not available. Some boot
options with XP other than normal boot, Safe Mode and the other Advanced
Start Menu options are:

--The XP CD is bootable

--Windows Explorer can create a MS-DOS boot floppy (it's one of the Format
options)

--There's a multiple disk set for running XP setup only:

--And a single disk that can be used to boot to the operating system:
HOW TO: Create a Boot Disk for an NTFS or FAT Partition in Windows XP

NOTE: A boot disk loads a small command shell into memory. Consequently,
you can use a Win98 or WinME boot disk and work from the environment
provided by command.com (on the boot disk). If the WinXP drives are
formatted NTFS and you were expecting to interact with files on them, a DOS
startup disk is a dead end.
