xp does not load all in system tray unless I log off/on again. Why

I use many running programs and have 61 processes running. Every time I boot
computer, I have to log off then on again for the system tray to show
everything that suppose to be running in the tray. It may be missing up to 8
of my usually 16 items. What is wrong?

If you need UPnP services, there is a better workaround for the Microsoft
random start-up program feature. See http://www.michna.com/kb/WxSystray.htm
BTW, this feature is there since XP started, at least. Is Microsoft ever
going to acknowledge a bug?
