XP critical patch

I'm trying to install the XP security patch, 03-026. I'm
able to download it but it won't install. I keep getting
an error message about the server. It says to go to the
Windows XP service pack support site and it has a link to
install the patch without internet connection. I've
looked everywhere and can't find this site. I have DSL
but it still isn't working. Any idea where this site
might be?

Can you get to www.windowsupdate.com ? If so, download all critical patches.
