My XP on compaq presario laptop crashes everytime I tries to download movies from sony digital TR140 camcorder using image pixela software .. Anything you can help or advise.. THanks in advance
Sounds like it maybe a driver problem. Try disconnecting the camera from
your laptop, uninstalling and removing all image pixela software,
reconnecting the camera to the laptop, and then using XP's Camera and
scanner wizard to transfer the pix. The wizard should come up automatically
once the cam is connected and powered on.
